KellyOCG Recognized as a 2009 HROA Award Winner

TROY, Mich. (June 3, 2009) - KellyOCG, the Outsourcing and Consulting Group of human resources solutions provider Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB), was recognized by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) with the "Customer Relationship of the Year" Award, for Large Markets, based on their long-term relationship with GE Money.

In 2001, the KellyOCG Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) unit partnered with GE Money to manage their talent acquisition process. Throughout the last eight years, KellyOCG and GE have continued to work together and expand their partnership through nonexempt, Canada, Latin America and human resource programs within recruitment.

In 2002, the KellyOCG Contingent Workforce Outsourcing practice (CWO) partnered with GE Money to better manage contractors and budget. The partnership provides professional and technical contractors to GE Money through a group of approved suppliers. This relationship provides GE Money the competitive edge by giving them access to review and interview top contracting talent at competitive bill rates.

The 2009 HROA Awards, centered on the theme "Be Innovative", honored individuals and organizations who have exhibited a commitment to innovation within the HRO industry. The winners all exhibited innovative characteristics and practices, positioning them as industry leaders.

The Customer Relationship of the Year, Large Markets, was open to any partnership between a company that purchased HR transformation and/or outsourcing services and a provider of those services that existed or came into existence within the award year.
